John Cardoza, CAI, BAS, CES has been in the Auction business since 1984.

Besides Storage, John has sold Autos, Antiques, Bankruptcy, Estates, Restaurant, Government and Non-Profit Auctions. He also lived on Norwegian, Princess, and Crystal Cruise Lines selling artwork.

Gary Fernau, CAI started doing storage auctions in 1985 and has sold thousands of units.

Ryan David, BAS, CES has been working in the Auction Business for over 10 years and he is a graduate from Western College of Auctioneering located in Billings, Montana.

Ken Kennedy, Vehicle Verifier, has been involved with storage for a couple of years and is a graduate from Western College of Auctioneering located in Billings, Montana.

Both Gary and John are CAI Auctioneers, which there are under 30 in the State of California. Their combined Auction experience puts Storage Auction Experts as one of the most experienced Storage Auction Companies in the United States.
